Cookie Policy
Effective Date: December 1, 2025 · Last Updated: March 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies Verdron uses, and how you can control them.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They help websites remember information about your visit — such as your preferences or consent choices. Cookies cannot execute programs or deliver viruses to your device.
Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary cookies (no consent required):
- verdron_cookie_consent — stores your cookie preference ("accepted" or "declined") so we don't show the consent banner on every visit. Stored in localStorage, not a cookie file. Expires when you clear your browser data. No data is sent to any server.
Analytics cookies (only if you consent):
- Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*, _gid) — set by Google Analytics (GA4) to distinguish users and sessions and to track website usage in aggregate. IP addresses are anonymized. These cookies are set by google.com and governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Cookie lifespan: _ga persists for 2 years; _gid expires after 24 hours.
We use no advertising, retargeting, or social media tracking cookies. We do not use third-party cookies for any purpose other than the analytics described above (with your consent).
Managing Your Cookie Preferences
On this website: You can withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time by clearing the verdron_cookie_consent entry from your browser's localStorage. The easiest way to do this: open your browser's developer tools (F12), go to Application → Local Storage → verdron.com, and delete the verdron_cookie_consent key. The consent banner will reappear on your next visit.
In your browser: You can block or delete all cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect website functionality on other sites.
Google Analytics opt-out: You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics across all websites.
Clears your saved choice and shows the banner again.
